Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of StackClinic (“the Service”), a practice management system provided by StackExpert (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of your hospital, clinic or practice (“your organization”).
1. Your account
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- The account owner verifies their mobile number and is responsible for everyone they invite and for keeping sign-in details secure.
- You must be authorised to register the organization and to accept these terms for it.
2. Free trial, plans and payment
- New accounts may receive a free trial. Its length is shown when you sign up.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Prices and plan limits are shown in the app and on our website.
- Payments are made by bank transfer with proof of payment. A subscription is activated after we verify the payment.
- If a subscription is not renewed, a grace period applies. After it, the account becomes read-only until payment is made. Your data is not deleted because of non-payment.
- Optional add-ons, such as patient SMS, are billed separately.
3. Your data
- Patient and business records you enter belong to your organization. We process them only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your patients’ information and for obtaining any consent required by law.
- You can export your data from the app while your account is active.
4. Clinical responsibility
StackClinic is a management and record-keeping tool. Scores, alerts and insights (Stack Intelligence) are decision-support indicators based on the data recorded in your account. They are not medical advice or a diagnosis. Clinical judgment and responsibility remain with the treating clinician. Any medicine or interaction data must be verified by your organization before it is relied on.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, try to access another organization’s data, or disrupt the system.
- Do not use messaging features to send spam or messages patients have not agreed to receive.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
6. Referral program
Referral benefits and commissions follow the rules shown in the app at the time. Only genuine, paying referrals qualify. We may withhold benefits obtained through self-referral or abuse.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or to pricing.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact us to close your account; we will explain how to export your data first.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
